No mould is inside the unit
Inside and outside of the unit are clean and wiped
No frost has built up and the unit is functioning normally

First Aid Kit outside of kitchen is properly stocked and items are in working order, log sheets are being used properly

a) Fire Safety - ensure that the following fire extinguishers are secured, unobstructed and have proper maintenance and service tags attached to them

All products poured into new containers (in workshop, laundry room and washroom) have “Workplace Labels” attached to them, listing product name, reference to the SDS sheet (noting location), and safe handling precautions
c) Refrigeration Units – fridge at bottom of north stairwell and freezer in laundry room:

There is no mould inside the units
Interior and exterior surfaces of the units are cleaned and wiped
There is no build-up of frost and the units are functioning normally
d) Asbestos Containment

Inspect (visually only) insulation heat pipes in the ceiling of each room, to make sure wrapping is intact throughout
