Accessibility Training
Toronto Monthly Meeting aims to ensure Friends House is accessible to everyone. An essential part of providing accessibility is ensuring that staff are educated about different types of disability, and the type of service individuals may require.
Employees in the positions of Resident Friend / Manager, Associate Resident Friend, and On Duty Resident Friend are required to complete an online training around customer service standards for accessibility.

At the bottom of the final page of the module, you will see a link to a certificate. Click on the link, print out the certificate and check the first box: "Required Topics for the Customer Service Standard Training", fill in your name and the date in the required fields, and sign your name at the bottom. Submit the form to the Resident Friend / Manager to confirm the completion of your training.
